This performance will not only feature the 2024 HOWE Foundation Young Artist Competition winner, Rashan Bryant, but also music by two Native composers to bring the music of different cultures to our concert stage.  Jerod Impichchaachaaha’ Tate, Spirit Chief names the Animal People & Michael-Thomas Foumai, Overture on Themes from the Songbook of her Majesty Queen Lili’uokalani.

Native American and Native Hawaiian-inspired music will be paired with the descriptive Symphony No. 6 by Ludwig van Beethoven.
