The Muscatine Symphony Orchestra Association (MSOA)’s annual meeting is scheduled for May 20th starting at 5:30 p.m. in the Muscatine Community College Strahan Hall conference room by the main office. All musicians, guild members, board advisors and general public are invited to attend.
